The Full-Arch Reconstruction Process

Step 1: Consultation & Advanced Imaging

Your journey begins with a comprehensive consultation where both Dr. Lazer and Dr. Doroshenko evaluate your oral health. We use 3D CBCT imaging to map your jaw anatomy and determine the optimal placement of your implants.

During this visit, we’ll discuss:

• The condition of your remaining teeth and gums
• Your bone density and whether grafting is needed
• Your timeline, budget, and payment options

Step 2: Treatment Planning

Dr. Lazer and Dr. Doroshenko co-plan your case, designing both the structural foundation and the aesthetic outcome. This is where the “Cosmetic & Advanced Method” truly shines. Function and beauty are never separate conversations.

Step 3: Implant Placement (Day 1)

On the day of your surgery, Dr. Doroshenko places the implants into your jawbone. Local anesthesia keeps you comfortable, and sedation options are available for anxious patients.

The same day, we place a temporary restoration on the implants. You leave with a functional, natural-looking smile.

Step 4: Healing & Osseointegration

Over the next 3-6 months, your jawbone fuses with the implants in a process called osseointegration. This creates a rock-solid foundation for your permanent teeth.

During this time, you’ll wear your temporary restoration while your permanent teeth are being custom-crafted.

Step 5: Final Restoration

Once your implants are fully healed and integrated, Dr. Lazer and Dr. Doroshenko place your permanent, custom-crafted restoration. The final result looks, feels, and functions just like natural teeth.
